We have specially designed and developed the thin sheet airduct CNC Flanging Machine for fan industry. The machine has many advantages, such as high efficiency, flanging part straight and smooth, flanging the 90 degrees straight edge or any angle arc edge; and has many other functions, like CNC punching, (punching thickness 4mm; diameter:18 mm). The machine use Siemens 828D centralized control system, which has abundant diagnostic function. There are 3 Siemens servo motors and a set of hydraulic servo system. And the machine could run in 3 axis.
